These terms exist to avoid confusion later. To keep things fair. And to make sure expectations don’t quietly drift apart halfway through a project.
Who we are (and what we actually provide)

We do not represent universities. We do not submit work on your behalf. And we don’t claim to replace your own academic judgement.

Academic integrity still matters
This part is important, even if it sounds obvious.
The material we provide is intended as reference, guidance, and academic support. How you use that material — ethically and in line with your institution’s rules — is your responsibility.
We won’t assist with anything that clearly crosses academic integrity boundaries. If something feels wrong, we pause.
Orders, timelines, and real-world delays
Deadlines matter. We treat them seriously.
That said, DBA work isn’t always predictable. Sometimes requirements shift. Sometimes information arrives late. Sometimes clarity comes halfway through the process.
We work within the timelines agreed at the start, based on the information provided. Significant changes may require adjusted timelines or scope.
Revisions (what’s reasonable, and what isn’t)
Revisions are part of academic life. We expect them.
We offer revisions when feedback aligns with the original instructions and scope. That includes supervisor comments, clarity issues, or refinement requests.
What revisions don’t cover are complete direction changes, new research questions, or entirely different briefs.
Payments and fairness
Payments reflect time, expertise, and academic effort. Once work has begun, that effort can’t be undone.
Refunds are considered in situations where agreed services clearly haven’t been delivered — not simply because a supervisor requested changes or had differing expectations.
We handle these conversations carefully, not automatically.
Communication works both ways
Clear communication helps everything run smoothly.
We respond promptly, honestly, and professionally. In return, we expect respectful communication and timely sharing of essential information.
Silence, unfortunately, slows everything down.
Limitation of responsibility
Academic outcomes depend on many factors — institutional standards, supervisor expectations, and how guidance is used.
We can’t guarantee grades or approvals. What we do guarantee is thoughtful, human-led academic support aligned with DBA expectations.
